Cinnamon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (reserve white)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Stir in egg yolk and vanilla, add flour and cinnamon; mix well.
Spread dough in greased pan (11 x 17-inch), pressing with hands until even.
Spread unbeaten egg white over top, then sprinkle pecans over it and press into dough (lightly).
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cut in bars while hot and place on brown paper to cool.
