Nanimo Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Melt chocolate
and butter together over hot water.
Cool slightly. In medium
bowl
beat
egg
until
frothy.
Stir
in chocolate mixture and
sugar.
Add flour and pecans, stirring until well blended.
Turn
into pan and bake 20 minutes.
Cool thoroughly on rack.
