Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix
    shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extract and beat for
    2
    minutes
    in mixer.
    Add flour, soda and salt. Add buttermilk, beat
    2
    minutes
    more.
    Bake
    in
    greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
