Country Fried Round Steak Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak (serving size pieces)
onions
potatoes
salt
flour
milk
oil
Preparation
-
Fry steak on both sides until brown.
Remove from skillet. Place in roaster.
After removing steak from skillet, make a full skillet of gravy with flour and milk.
Peel potatoes and onions and place on top of steak in roaster.
Pour gravy over all.
Bake in slow oven until vegetables are done and meat is tender.
