Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 frozen deep-dish pie shell

Preparation

Beat sugar and eggs together.
Add sweet potatoes, vanilla and melted butter.
Mix together, then add milk. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
