Fast "N" Fabulous Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 2/3 c. or 1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch tube pan and line with waxed paper.
Grease again (or use generously greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan).
Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, mincemeat, sweetened condensed milk, fruit and nuts.
Add dry ingredients and blend well.
