Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (with or without wings)
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/2 can water and a small amount of salt
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken, salt and pepper, in a large baking dish (at least 3-quart).
    Skin chicken and remove fat. Place chicken pieces on top and add salt and pepper to chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
