Lizzie'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix together all dry ingredients and set aside.
Combine eggs, oil, carrots and pecans until well blended.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Mix at a low speed until sugar dissolves (approximately 2 minutes).
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan.
