Mom'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 uncooked pie crust
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add corn syrup and salt; beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add pecans and vanilla and stir. Pour into a pastry lined 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour until golden brown.
    Cool before cutting.
