Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style beans, drained
1 can minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour (level)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. water chestnuts, cut in half
1 small sour cream
Preparation

Saute onions in oleo; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add sour cream after flour mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add water chestnuts.
Layer green beans in casserole dish and add sour cream mixture.
Top with cheese and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
