Eight Layer Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans refried beans
1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 ripe avocados
1 or 2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (12 oz.) can black olives
1 (12 oz.) block Colby cheese
Preparation

Mix package of taco seasoning with 1 of the packages of sour cream.
Set aside.
Mash the avocados and add the remaining sour cream; set aside.
Shred the cheese and set aside.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer refried beans, picante sauce, taco seasoning/sour cream, avocados/sour cream, tomatoes, onion, black olives and shredded cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
