Homemade Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 c. meat (pork, ham, beef or shrimp)
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 to 1 c. bean sprouts
    2 or 3 eggs
    salt
    pepper
    butter or oil
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Boil rice according to instructions on box.
    Use less water for flaky rice.
    Boil or cook meat or shrimp until done.
    Add a little salt and pepper.
    When meat is done, dice into small pieces.
    Scramble eggs; add green peppers, onions, celery and bean sprouts.
    Cook together until vegetables are soft.
    Cook in butter or oil.
    Add rice.
    Stir for about 10 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
