Mexi Chili Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. minced onion or 1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    3 lb. chicken pieces or 6 to 8 breast halves
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
    Wash and dry chicken. Coat with mayonnaise.
    Roll in crumb mixture.
    Put chicken in shallow baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
