Nanny'S Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 c. white or red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. water
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cut cabbage in half.
Slice as thin as possible to get long strips.
Put in a bowl.
