Sword In The Bag - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 lb. swordfish fillets
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. garlic, minced
Preparation

Shake the flour around in a microwave cooking bag or Ziploc bag.
Add fish.
Add tomatoes, onion, basil, thyme and garlic. Tie a knot in the top of the bag (or \"zip\" the bag) and poke 6 ot 7 slits in the bag.
