Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 box herb stuffing
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions 5 minutes. Mix soup and sour cream, fold in squash and onions.
    Combine stuffing and butter.
    Spread half in baking dish.
    Spoon vegetables on top.
    Sprinkle stuffing over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
