Green Onion-Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. minced green onions
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth; gradually add milk, beating until light and fluffy.
    Stir in green onions.
    Cover and chill up to 2 days.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
