Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, washed and cut into quarters with peels on
    1/3 c. olive oil or canola oil
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large paper grocery bag (I double bag). Sprinkle onion soup mix over potatoes in bag and add oil.
    Shake well.
    Put potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring or turning every 15 minutes.
    Serve with catsup or sour cream or Ranch dressing.
