Quick Tomato Chili Sauce(A Shortcut) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    3 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and salt; let stand overnight. Drain well but do not press. Add other ingredients (spices tied in bag). Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or longer if wanted thicker. Put in pint jars and process 10 minutes. Makes 5 pints.
