Connie'S Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together with your fingers.
    Press dough into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Prick with a fork.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cut in squares while hot.
