Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning or to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread, remove crust
Preparation

Mix above ingredients.
Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.
Add bread to mixed ingredients.
Shape into cakes.
Fry quickly in vegetable oil until brown.
(Using enough oil to cover bottom of frying pan.)
Turn cakes once.
