Ginger Snaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg and molasses. Beat well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
