Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
3 c. blueberries
Preparation

Mix
sugar,
cornstarch
and water; heat slowly to dissolve sugar.
Add
3/4 cup of the berries; boil for 5 minutes, until mixture is thickened and clear.
Remove from heat.\tStir in remaining
berries;
mix
well.
Pour
into crust.\tChill. Top with Cool Whip.
