Chunky Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Add to butter mixture, stirring until well blended. Stir in apple slices and nuts. Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Spread with a cream cheese frosting.
