Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    10 stuffed olives, sliced
    1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. hot milk
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in milk.
    Dissolve in hot milk.
    Add remaining ingredients and place in a well-oiled mold.
    Crab meat or shrimp may be used in place of the salmon.
    Serve with salad dressing.
