Low-Fat Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delight flakes
    1 1/2 c. Oriental-style vegetables
    1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce or seasoning packet from vegetables
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add crab flakes and vegetables.
    Stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
    Add seasoning.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Garnish with chow mein noodles.
    Serve immediately. Serves 3.
