Sweet-Soy Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    In plastic bag or nonporous bowl, mix all ingredients and combine with 1 1/4 pounds of beef strips or pork strips or 2 pounds of chicken pieces.
    Marinate beef or pork up to 24 hours; chicken 2 to 4 hours.
    Thread beef or pork strips on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.
    Grill or broil.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
