Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, do not drain
1 c. diced celery
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 small jar red pimento
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix together sauerkraut, celery, pepper, onion and pimento. Melt sugar in warm vinegar and while still warm, add oil.
Pour over sauerkraut mixture and pat down well.
Cover and let stand overnight.
