Vegetarian Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 red pepper
    1 small zucchini, sliced 1-inch thick
    1 vegetable bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    8 egg whites
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. water
    2 slices American cheese, cut in strips
Preparation
    Put the vegetables and the bouillon cube in 1 cup water in large skillet (frypan).
    Put lid on and cook until the water evaporates.
