Paper Bag Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. basil

Preparation

Rub whole chicken with vegetable oil; then sprinkle with a mixture of the remaining ingredients (mixed all together in a small bowl).
Coat the inside of a large heavy brown grocery bag with 1/4 cup cooking oil.
Lay bag in a large shallow baking pan with the seam side up; fold the open end of the bag over and fasten with a large paper clip.
Bake at
325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
