Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with a fork.
In separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
Stir into flour mixture until moistened. Mold into ball.
Chill before rolling.
