Company Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can vegeburger or Granburger, TVP rehydrated
    2 c. brown rice, cooked
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    3 Egg Beaters or 6 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 to 8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. hot water with 1 heaping tsp. Sovex
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix and pack all ingredients except the water-Sovex mixture and butter
    in well-oiled loaf pans (2).
    Pour hot water with Sovex and butter over roast.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 12.
