Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2, 3/4 or 1 c. coconut
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar well.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into a 9-inch uncooked pie shell
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until solid and brown.
