Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushroom caps
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 lb. crabmeat
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushroom caps and dip in melted butter.
    Arrange on a greased cookie sheet, cap side up.
    Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and mix lightly.
    Fill mushrooms with crab mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
