Skillet Cabbage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. shredded cabbage
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    1 c. diced bell pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt corn oil in a large skillet.
    Pour vegetables into pan. Sprinkle
    salt
    and
    sugar on top of ingredients.
    Cover and cook over
    medium
    heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Vegetables will be crisp,
    just
    as
    good
    the next day, if there are any left. Serves 6 to 8.
