Herb Pinwheel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 c. milk, scalded with 1 Tbsp. butter and cooled to lukewarm
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. (about) bread flour
    1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in butter until tender, but not browned
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
    melted butter
Preparation
    Generously grease a large bowl and 10-inch round baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over warm water in large bowl; let stand until proofed and foamy, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in milk, sugar and salt.
    Add 2 cups of flour; beat well.
    Add 1 more cup of flour; mix thoroughly.
    Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead in remaining flour until dough is smooth and satiny, about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning to coat entire surface. Cover; let rise in warm area until doubled, 1 1/2 hours.
