Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender.
    Set onion and green pepper aside.
    Mix salt, black pepper and flour.
    Then roll with beef.
    Pound steak with edge of a heavy plate.
    Brown meat on both sides in oil.
    Put in baking dish and add all remaining ingredients. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
