Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
2 c. finely chopped celery
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. slivered almonds (can toast)
1 c. mayonnaise or a little less
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
salt to taste
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. buttered Ritz cracker crumbs or crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs or chips.
Cook for 15 or 20 minutes.
Put cracker crumbs on top and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
May be made ahead of time and cooked just before serving.
