Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Flour chicken and brown in butter.
Combine other ingredients. Pour half over rice prepared according to box directions.
Lay chicken on top and pour remainder of liquid over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or longer.
