Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. grated carrot
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. hot milk
1 c. mashed riced potatoes
Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan, add carrot, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper, milk and potatoes.
Cook stirring constantly for 20 minutes or until done.
