Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 c. mashed, fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix.
    Pour mixture into a 1-gallon ice cream freezer and freeze.
    Let ripen 1 hour.
