Creamy Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. pimento
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes.
Mix until blended.
Add remaining ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
