No Fuss Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    4 chicken breast halves
    2/3 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a small bowl.
    Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate.
    Brush both sides of chicken with the remaining mixture.
    Coat well with crumbs.
    Arrange in a lightly greased, shallow pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 until golden brown and tender, about 1/2 hour.
    Serve with reserved mayonnaise for dipping.
    Makes 4 servings.
