Wild Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. wild tart apples
    8 c. sugar
    1 lb. raisins
    3 oranges
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Quarter unpeeled apples and remove core.
    Grind apples in food grinder along with oranges and raisins.
    Add sugar, cinnamon and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Let stand at room temperature overnight. Refrigerate.
    Keeps well up to 2 weeks.
