Cheddar Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In double boiler, melt margarine; stir in flour. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cook 2 additional minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted. Add mustard; stir in.
