1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
2 egg yolks, beaten (save whites)
1 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/4 c. sugar for meringue
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Put milk, sugar, salt and lemon peel in saucepan.
Stir over low
heat until sugar dissolves and then bring to a boil.
