Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. half and half
9 oz. dark or milk chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Heat
corn syrup and half and half over direct high heat. Lower heat and stir in chocolate.
Heat and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Yields 1 1/2 cups. Store unused portion in refrigerator.
Dip in the fresh fruits of the season.
