French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. onions (cooking)
    1 stick butter
    3 cans beef consomme
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Slice onions and cook until soft in the melted butter (approximately 45 minutes on low heat).
    Add Worcestershire sauce and beef consomme.
    Simmer on low about 20 minutes.
