Low Calorie Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cantaloupe
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    halved strawberries
Preparation
    Scoop
    out
    cantaloupe pulp.
    Cut into chunks.
    Puree in blender.
    Stir
    in lemon juice.
    Mix together sugar and buttermilk,
    cantaloupe
    puree and whipping cream.
    Pour into 2 quart ice cream
    freezer.
    Use approximately 3 parts crushed ice to 1 part rock
    salt.
    When
    sherbet
    is ready, re-pack in ice cream freezer for 2 hours.
