Chicken Jerusalem - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    black pepper to taste
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place chicken.
    Top with mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine garlic, oregano, pepper and tomatoes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake for 50 minutes, adding sherry for last 10 minutes of cooking time.
    Serves 6.
